We are a manufacturer's Warranty Repair Service Provider for more than 20 brands and provide fast, efficient furnace repairs. Our service vehicles are fully stocked with the type of parts that are often the cause of furnace failures. Heat pumps provide cooling and heating, so you’ll want yours in top working condition year-round. Complete Heating and Air Conditioning team members are trained and experienced in heat pump repairs and heat pump servicing. Since heat pumps have connected external and internal components, you’ll need one of our professionals to diagnose and resolve the problem. We maintain an inventory of heat pump repair parts, as well as a variety of refrigerants to recharge your heat pump. With regular maintenance, a heat pump can last for 15 years, so newer equipment can usually be repaired.
We live in an increasingly connected world, so it’s no surprise that an internet-connected, or smart, thermostat is a popular upgrade for many homeowners. A smart thermostat can help provide optimum comfort at home while controlling monthly utility expenses. Here are some additional advantages of having a smart thermostat installed in your home:
Remote Monitoring
Perhaps the most beneficial feature of a smart thermostat is the ability to access the heating and cooling system remotely. This allows a homeowner to monitor temperatures and make adjustments accordingly. This feature is especially useful during vacations or other periods of time where the home is left unattended.
Programmable
Like traditional thermostats, smart thermostats have the ability to follow pre-determined temperature changes. For example, some homeowners prefer to drop the temperature a few degrees during the night since everyone is tucked under blankets anyway. A smart thermostat expands on this by having the ability to follow multiple schedules based on the day. Temperatures can be set on an hourly basis if necessary and can be adjusted on the control panel or remotely using an accompanying smartphone app or web-based interface.
Monitoring and Notifications
Smart thermostats make it easy to monitor your system and keep it working well. Smart units often come with a complementing smartphone app that will notify you of regular maintenance of if there is a problem with your heating and cooling system. This makes the unit more dependable.
Not all heating and cooling systems are compatible with smart thermostats. Consult an HVAC professional to learn about what model best suits your needs and will work well with your existing system.

In addition to these HVAC brands, our BCIT trained technicians are qualified to perform service and repairs to all other makes and models of heating and cooling equipment, such as ICG, Chrysler, InterCity, Flame Master, and others. All of our HVAC service vehicles are fully stocked with a large inventory of HVAC repair parts which enables our service technicians to repair your heating and cooling equipment on the first service call, in most cases, thereby eliminating the need for a return visit. Our vehicles also stock refrigerant gases (Freon R22, R410) for recharging air conditioners and recharging heat pumps.
If you are calling to verify whether or not you still have the manufacturer's warranty coverage in effect, we will need both the model and serial number of the equipment. This information is on all heating and air conditioning equipment. However, it may be not be on the outside of the furnace or air conditioner, as some HVAC manufacturers have this information on the inside of the equipment which will require the removal of the access doors. If you are not comfortable doing this, don't worry. Our service technicians can verify warranty coverage for you on site during the diagnosis process so you will know in advance what is covered and what is not.
Please note the following regarding Lennox and Carrier model and serial numbers:
Lennox furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps have names on the panels, but these are NOT models. A Lennox furnace that says Whisperheat on the front is a model G20, and a Lennox Elite series furnace can be one of more than 10 different furnace models. Lennox model and serial numbers typically look like the following:
Model Number, or M/N - G61MPV-36C-090-04 (an example of one of many Signature Series labelled Lennox furnaces)
Serial Number, or S/N - 5810B45672 (Lennox serial numbers are 4 numbers, followed by 1 letter, followed by 5 numbers)
Carrier furnaces, air conditioners and heat pumps are the same. A furnace may be labelled Weathermaker and a heat pump as Puron, but again these are NOT model numbers. Carrier HVAC equipment has an additional set of numbers, the Product Number, which is short version of the Model Number. The following is an example:
Product Number, or P/N - 58MCB-12
Model Number, or M/N - 58MCB-F-12112
Serial Number, or S/N - 4809C56447 - (the S/N for Carrier is the same layout as Lennox)
